BLUE ISLAND CUP: 2019 WINTER SEASON WEEK 7

In an effort to normalize the scores after losing 1 team in the Red Division, we have reissued the original 3 teams to play them their wins and points back and have given 1 win and 4 points to everyone that should be playing them.  This brings everyone up to date on wins and makes all 4 divisions equal in games played.
